Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Executive (PMO) to manage project coordination, teacher engagement, content-related operations, and daily project execution. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, teachers, and internal teams while driving successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of the client and explain them clearly to the shortlisted team members (teachers).
• Coordinate daily with teachers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and publish daily dashboards and program updates for the team.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support content creation and content management activities as required.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and operational records.
• Ensure successful completion and delivery of projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

• BCA or B.Tech degree.
• 1.5 – 2 years of experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to understand and work on the company’s internal software and operational systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
