We are looking for a proactive and organized *Admin Manager* to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The role involves handling facility management, vendor coordination, office operations, and overall administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee office facilities including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and infrastructure.
• Handle vendor management, including negotiations and service coordination.
• Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain office assets and administrative records.
• Coordinate courier, dispatch, and logistics management.
• Support meeting room management and internal coordination.
• Assist in organizing office events and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
• Maintain administrative documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements.
• Support administrative coordination for new joiners, including workspace readiness and office access.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in an Administration role.
• Experience in Vendor Management and Facility Management preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
