Stores Incharge Full Time

Any graduate

(Experienced 2-5 years in Manufacturing Company Preferred)

Job location: Peenya 2nd stage

Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

Ensure proper storage and handling of materials using FIFO/LIFO methods

Issue materials to production as per requisitions without delay

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records

Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment

Maintain proper documentation (stock registers, bin cards, ERP entries)

Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse

Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments

Job requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in stores/warehouse management (manufacturing preferred)

2. Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP

3. Good communication and coordination abilities

4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

Salary: 15,000.00 – 25,000.00 per month
