Role Description
Now, it’s time to gather not just to exist, but to ignite. We are looking for a passionate Founder’s Intern who wants to blend high-end hospitality, storytelling, and zero-to-one business execution in one unique journey.
What You’ll Build (and Learn):
A. Experiential Curation & Curation Mastery
– Scout and evaluate handpicked luxury properties, looking past standard amenities to find places with distinct souls, stories, and architectural rhythm.
– Conduct deep customer-discovery dialogues with high-net-worth and conscious travelers to understand what truly moves them, influencing our localized experience maps.
B. Zero-to-One Marketplace Operations – Help design and launch the minimum viable operational framework for elite homestays and villas.
– Build localized asset and experiential supply chains (from sourcing bespoke regional decor to onboarding hyper-local culinary masters).
– Create flexible operational systems capable of adapting to the fluid needs of premium travelers.
C. Experiential Luxury Branding & Content Hacking
– Develop our visual and narrative identity through subtle, high-impact guerrilla marketing and tactile storytelling.
– Craft immersive narratives that transform casual viewers into a dedicated, passionate community of slow-travel purists.
D. Founder Mindset Immersion
– Sit directly at the table for strategic trade-off decisions (e.g., balancing uncompromised experiential quality with early-stage marketplace scalability).
– Build an entrepreneurial toolkit through weekly founder debriefs, dissecting the messy, beautiful reality of building a brand from scratch.

Compensation: 8,000 Fixed Salary + upto 12,000 Variable pay
