Responsibilities As a Human Resources Executive at Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written) to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Manage employee reviews, grievances, exit formalities, and policy compliance
- Coordinate with vendors for office, maintenance, event, and institute requirements
- Professionally communicate with parents and students regarding classes, schedules, batches, attendance, and concerns
- Organize staff events, workshops, meetings, and institute functions
- Support front office, calls, WhatsApp, email follow-ups, and daily admin operations
- Maintain smooth coordination between management, staff, parents, students, and external partners
- Ensure positive workplace culture and smooth daily workflow

About Company: Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya is one of the most renowned music & art school in Gurgaon. We started in 1991 & it’s been thirty successful years of imparting quality music education to young & old alike.
Affiliations- We are affiliated with Indian Classical music from Prayag Sangit Samiti, Allahabad. In western music, we are a recognized Exam Center of Trinity College London.
Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday. There are jamming sessions on all festivals & days of national importance. We also conduct an annual day every year. For now, all these are being done virtually to ensure safety during the pandemic.
