Job Description – Senior Office Manager (Office Management & Culture)

Role Overview
We are looking to appoint a Senior Office Manager to take complete ownership of the office environment, operations, and workplace culture across our core offices.
This role is designed to establish structured accountability for office discipline, employee experience, and operational efficiency — ensuring a consistent, professional, and welcoming workplace across locations.
This is not an administrative support role. It is a visible, empowered position responsible for how our offices function, operate, and feel on a daily basis.
Key Objective
To create and maintain a well-managed, disciplined, and culturally cohesive office environment through professional ownership of office operations and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Operations & Upkeep
· Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and workplace discipline.
· Oversee facility management and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
· Monitor office infrastructure and ensure timely maintenance and issue resolution.
2. Transport & Logistics Management
· End-to-end management of office cars, drivers, and transport logistics.
· Supervise fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and operational efficiency.
· Coordinate intra-city travel requirements for leadership and teams.
3. Visitor & Travel Coordination
· Manage visitor experience ensuring professional reception and hospitality standards.
· Coordinate internal travel logistics within city offices.
· Ensure seamless handling of guests, meetings, and office events.
4. Catering & Workplace Experience
· Maintain office catering standards aligned with leadership expectations.
· Oversee pantry operations and vendor quality.
· Ensure consistent hospitality and workplace comfort standards.
5. Culture Ownership & Engagement
· Design and execute structured cultural initiatives across offices, including:
o Team lunches and shared workplace rituals
o Cross-team engagement activities
o Cross-city integration initiatives
· Foster a professional, inclusive, and welcoming workplace environment.
· Act as the custodian of office culture and behavioral standards.
6. Leadership & Accountability
· Replace fragmented and informal office support structures with organized systems and processes.
· Establish clear operational protocols and enforce office discipline.
· Serve as the single point of ownership for overall office experience.
Candidate Requirements
· Female candidate (role requirement based on organizational workplace design and hospitality responsibilities).
· 8–12+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, or administration leadership roles.
· Experience managing multi-location office environments preferred.
· Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
· High ownership mindset with the ability to enforce standards and processes.
· Strong interpersonal and cultural engagement capabilities.
· Professional presence with strong communication skills.
