Client Success Executive Full Time

About the Role

At AutomateTech Digital Solutions, we’re building a high-performance digital advertising ecosystem powered by data and automation.

We’re looking for a Client Success Executive (0–2 years / Freshers welcome) who can help us deliver a seamless client experience across campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing support.

If you’re someone who enjoys working with brands, solving problems, and learning how digital advertising actually works behind the scenes—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the point of contact for client communication and support
• Assist in campaign onboarding, setup coordination & execution
• Work closely with Ad Ops, Tech & Sales teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor campaigns and highlight performance gaps or issues
• Help prepare reports, insights & performance summaries
• Respond to client queries via email, calls, and meetings
• Ensure a great onboarding experience for new clients
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews (MBRs/QBRs)
• Identify opportunities to improve client engagement & satisfaction

Who Should Apply?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest are encouraged)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / advertising (a plus)
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint / Google Sheets
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude

CTC– Up to 3.6 Lakhs ( INR)
