About Us

We are building a new-age consumer food brand in India, backed by the team behind NextWave STEM’s family office in India. We are currently in the early research/launch stage and looking for a creative, execution-focused marketing professional to help build the brand presence from scratch.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media, consumer branding, visual storytelling, and content-driven marketing for food and lifestyle audiences. We are looking for someone who can combine creativity with execution and contribute directly to building a brand from 0→1.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and grow the brand’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Create content calendars and social media strategies aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and audience growth.
• Create marketing content including captions, ad copies, promotional messaging, and campaign communication. Coordinate or create graphics, creatives, and visual assets while ensuring consistent brand identity and storytelling across platforms.
• Support and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotional campaigns, influencer collaborations, and seasonal initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and audience behavior.
• Help build and engage an online community around the brand. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve content strategy, engagement, and brand positioning.
• Work closely with founders on brand-building initiatives and contribute ideas for customer acquisition, retention, partnerships, and overall growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in social media marketing, content strategy, and brand communication. Good understanding of visual storytelling, audience engagement, and consumer-focused marketing.
• Ability to create compelling marketing content and coordinate visual assets effectively. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, Figma, or similar design platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Instagram growth strategies, influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and content-driven brand building is preferred. Basic understanding of performance marketing and analytics is an added advantage.
• We are looking for someone with a creative mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior exposure to food, lifestyle, D2C, or FMCG brands is preferred.

Social media marketing, D2C or consumer brands, food & beverage brands, FMCG marketing, content marketing, brand strategy, graphic/content creation, influencer marketing, or startup marketing roles.
