About the Product:
SiteRecon combines the power of Amazon and Google Docs for maps, allowing users to easily create customized maps through our AI-driven data delivery system. This platform serves as a foundation for creating survey notes, operational plans, cost estimates, and more.
Market Overview:
Our primary focus is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia, which collectively represents a staggering $200 billion market.
Responsibilities:
HRMS — Configure employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits), leave & attendance, shifts, performance, appraisals, goals, and HR dashboards.
▸Recruitment & ATS — Set up job openings, applicant tracking, interview workflows, and hiring automation.
▸ Assets & Operations — End-to-end asset allocation workflows, user management, and system sync for employee activation/deactivation.
▸ Reporting & Adoption — Build dashboards and reports, identify automation opportunities, and drive team-wide adoption through training.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of ERPNext / Frappe implementation or administration experience
- Strong understanding of HRMS processes and workflows
- Hands-on with workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Comfortable with Client Scripts and Server Scripts in Frappe
- Ability to gather requirements and independently drive implementation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus points: Experience with Recruitment/ATS modules, API integrations, and advanced Frappe customization.
