Single Window Operator (SWO) Full Time

Role Description

The Single Window Operator (SWO) will be responsible for day-to-day banking operations, including cash handling, cheque transactions, account processing, and customer service support. The SWO will ensure that all customer transactions are executed timely and accurately, assisting in resolving queries and promoting bank products and services. Collaboration with other team members and departments will also be part of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Guwahati.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cash Handling and Transaction Processing
• Experience in Customer Service and Complaint Resolution
• Basic knowledge of Banking Products and Financial Services
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Accurately Under Pressure
• Problem-Solving and Time Management Capabilities
• Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with Banking Software
• Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory
• Knowledge of local languages in North East India is a plus
