Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Accounts Manager for the Distribution Business, based in Bengaluru. The Regional Accounts Manager will oversee regional dealer accounts, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales growth across assigned territories. Responsibilities include planning and executing regional sales strategies, monitoring distributor and dealer performance, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and collections. The role involves regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and strengthen channel engagement. The Regional Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and product management to resolve issues, improve service levels, and support regional business targets.
Qualifications

• Strong regional sales and account management skills, including experience in managing distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and territory management within a distribution or FMCG/automotive context.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for business growth.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in handling collections, credit control, and basic commercial terms with channel partners.
• Comfort with using MS Office or similar tools for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
• Prior experience in automotive spares, industrial products, or distribution-driven businesses is preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region and work from the Bengaluru location as required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
