Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship for a UX/UI & Graphic Design Intern. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products. This multifaceted role will involve designing user interfaces, creating compelling visual assets for our products and social media platforms, and prototyping user experiences. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure our products are both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX/UI Design: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Visual Design: Design visually appealing graphics, icons, and illustrations for our products and marketing materials.
• Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging social media posts, stories, and banners that align with our brand identity.
• User Research: Participate in user research activities to gather insights and feedback on designs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong command of industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, Canva, or InVision.
• Front-End Development Fundamentals: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement designs.
• Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create visually compelling graphics for various platforms.
• User-Centered Design Mindset: Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI and graphic design work is essential.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points:

• Front-End Development (Basic) (not mandatory): Assist in translating designs into functional code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
