About the Role

We are seeking a mature and accountable Digital Marketing & Communications Lead to take ownership of the company’s digital presence, PR coordination, influencer engagement, and brand communications.

This is a high-trust leadership role requiring strong execution capability, agency management experience, and the ability to independently safeguard and strengthen brand representation across platforms.

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Lead planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend course corrections
• Maintain consistency in messaging across digital platforms

2. PR & Media Management

• Lead coordination with PR agencies and communication partners
• Oversee press releases, interviews, brand announcements, and media interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, writers, and media professionals
• Monitor media coverage and ensure accurate brand representation
• Proactively manage and correct any reputational risks or inaccuracies

3. Influencer & External Partner Management

• Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer collaborations
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning
• Track ROI and effectiveness of partnerships

4. Internal & Agency Alignment

• Coordinate between internal design teams and external agencies
• Ensure clarity in briefs, timelines, and accountability
• Drive execution discipline across stakeholders

5. Reporting & Performance Visibility

• Define and track digital KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
• Prepare structured leadership-ready reports
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations

6. Opportunity Identification

• Identify new digital growth opportunities and partnerships
• Stay updated on digital trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Minimum 12–18 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, PR, or related domains
• Demonstrated experience managing agencies and influencer ecosystems
• Experience working closely with senior leadership preferred
