About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager who understands how to grow brands through performance marketing, content strategy, and marketplace growth.

This role is ideal for someone who has personally managed Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, organic social media growth, and e-commerce sales funnels — not just coordinated agencies.

The candidate should deeply understand consumer psychology, ad creatives, campaign optimization, marketplace growth, and digital brand building, especially in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for customer acquisition and sales growth
• Manage Amazon Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, keyword targeting, bidding strategy, and campaign scaling
• Run Google Ads, re-targeting campaigns, and performance-driven digital campaigns
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and continuously optimize performance
• Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures

E-Commerce Growth

• Drive growth across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
• Improve product discoverability, conversion rates, and marketplace rankings
• Work on product launches, pricing strategy, promotions, and campaign calendars
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting product pages and ad creatives
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and traffic data to identify growth opportunities

Organic & Brand Marketing

• Develop social media growth strategies across Instagram and other digital platforms
• Build organic engagement through reels, content strategy, influencer collaborations, and trend-driven marketing
• Understand viral content formats and audience behavior
• Execute brand-building activities alongside performance marketing

Team Management & Leadership

• Manage and guide a small team of digital marketers, designers, and content executives
• Mentor junior team members on campaign optimization, creative strategy, and growth marketing best practices
• Build a high-performance, data-driven marketing culture focused on continuous experimentation and improvement

Creative & Content Execution

• Create and guide ad creatives including hooks, copywriting, thumbnails, video concepts, and performance-focused content
• Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and content creators
• Understand what makes creatives convert and scale

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, Google Analytics, etc.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Use data to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Instagram marketing
• Experience running Amazon Ads and understanding Amazon marketplace growth
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce ecosystems
• Strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimization
• Ability to independently create, optimize, and scale campaigns
• Experience managing or mentoring small teams
• Good understanding of organic social media growth strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of creative strategy and consumer behavior

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

• Fashion brands

• E-commerce agencies handling multiple brands

will be strongly preferred.
