Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertising Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Advertising Specialist will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including planning, setup, monitoring, and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing performance data, adjusting bids and targeting, testing creatives and ad formats, and implementing audience segmentation strategies. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client objectives, develop media plans, and recommend tactics that maximize return on ad spend. The Advertising Specialist will also prepare performance reports, communicate insights to stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in AI-driven advertising.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to interpret campaign performance and optimize results.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present insights clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Marketing knowledge, including digital marketing channels, campaign strategy, and audience targeting.
• Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client goals, support upselling opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms) and campaign management tools.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytics tools; experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, or publisher monetization is a plus.
