Insight Global is hiring a Tableau Consultant to help elevate reporting and analytics. This role goes beyond dashboarding—you’ll evaluate data structures, improve reporting processes, and help drive scalable solutions across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards
• Analyze data sources, pipelines, and structures for better reporting
• Translate business needs into actionable analytics
• Recommend best practices for data modeling, visualization, and performance
• Prep and transform data using SQL, Tableau Prep, etc.
• Partner with IT on data builds and reporting processes
• Improve dashboard performance and user experience

Must-Haves

• Strong Tableau (Desktop + Server/Cloud, LODs, data blending)
• Solid SQL and data querying skills
• Knowledge of data modeling (schemas, fact/dimension tables)
• Experience working with multiple data sources (including Excel)
• Ability to turn business questions into insights
• Strong consulting mindset / stakeholder-facing experience

Nice-to-Have

• Salesforce or marketing data experience
• Wireframing or prototyping
• Strong communication skills
