Role Description
I’ve been doing everything so far—concept, styling, shoots, editing, storytelling, posting.
And while I can do it all—
it’s no longer the smartest way to build.
So I’m looking for someone who can step in and take ownership of marketing and social media as a thinking function—not just execution.
This role is about:
• Shaping how the brand is perceived
• Translating ideas into content people feel
• Building narrative, not just posting assets
• Creating recall, curiosity, and engagement
You’ll work directly with me.
No layers. No dilution. Just real-time building.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Turn product drops into moments people anticipate
• Build storytelling around pieces, process, and chaos
• Create content across reels, posts, stories—fast and sharp
• Observe trends, but interpret them—not copy
• Experiment, test, fail, refine, repeat
• Help shape the voice and direction of the brand
Who This Is For
• Freshers with strong instinct and taste

• Anyone who sees content as culture, not just output
Qualifications (what actually matters)
• A sharp eye for what’s happening in the world—culture, fashion, internet, behavior (your “GK” should be alive, not textbook)
• Ability to connect ideas across references and contexts
• Strong storytelling instinct
• Visual sensitivity and aesthetic awareness
• Speed, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out
• Comfort working in an unstructured, early-stage environment
Experience is a plus.
Thinking is non-negotiable.
