Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bench Sales Recruiter for an on-site role at our Ahmedabad location. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging consultants to placing them with clients. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, managing hiring communications, and ensuring successful placements. The role requires proactive communication, strategic account management, and effective coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Prior experience in IT Bench Sales or staffing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous
