Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive with around 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Familiarity with ERP systems and end-to-end supply chain processes is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and purchase order management
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability
- Maintain and update records in ERP systems
- Track orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Assist in inventory planning and demand forecasting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year of experience in supply chain / procurement / operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
