Role Description

As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall operations of our warehouse facility. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising stock control processes, and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Additional tasks include overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and operating equipment as needed. This is a full-time on-site position located in Nimbahera.

Qualifications

• Skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure proper tracking and storage of goods.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management for efficient warehouse processes.
• Experience in Forklift Operation and handling warehouse equipment (certifications preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and supervise staff effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to manage stock discrepancies and operational challenges.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in logistics, supply chain, or management are advantageous.
