Full job description
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction (students and parents) & retention • Ensure proper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration. • Monitoring and ensure proper collection of revenue and reduce branch expenses. • Ensure compliance with laws & regulations as applicable. • Handling any kind of Parent enquiry & Student enquiry or complaints • Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office. • Ensures general cleanliness, appearance and safety of the office premises.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
