Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laboratory Assistant, located in Raurkela. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for supporting quality control processes, operating laboratory equipment, conducting chemical or material tests, and maintaining accurate records of experiments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of samples, ensuring a clean and safe laboratory environment, and facilitating data analysis under supervision.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Control procedures and processes in a laboratory setting
- Proficiency in handling and operating Laboratory Equipment
- Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample handling and testing
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem solving
- Effective Communication skills with the ability to document and deliver findings
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred
- Relevant work experience or internship in a laboratory environment is an advantage
