Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain desktop operating system images (e.g., Windows, macOS) and application packages.

Manage and deploy endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE).

Implement and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions. Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and patching.

Troubleshoot complex end-user environment issues.

Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems. Experience with endpoint management tools and VDI technologies.

Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security principles.
