Marketing Operations Keep The Engine Running — Vendor Agreements, Billing, Budget Tracking, Agency Briefs, And Cross-functional Coordination With Retail Ops, Product, And Category Teams. You’re The Person Who Makes Sure Nothing Falls Through The Cracks. Who You Are
3–6 years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to retail, D2C, or consumer brands Comfortable owning both strategy and execution — you can write a brief and chase an invoice in the same afternoon Strong understanding of social media, influencer ecosystems, and CRM tools Detail-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills A genuine love for beauty, retail, or consumer culture is a big plus
