Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Transportation Management Consultant to design, build, and configure applications that support business processes and application requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle SCM Transportation Management and will be responsible for delivering effective solutions while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
• Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Take ownership of team decisions and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key project and business decisions.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, providing solutions for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Lead the implementation of innovative solutions to improve business processes and application performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, discuss challenges, and drive resolutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance team effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management (OTM).
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management modules.
• Knowledge of integrations between Oracle SCM Transportation Management and other Oracle SCM modules.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues.

Additional Information

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
• Candidate must be willing to work from the Pune office.
• Only Level 8 (L8) candidates will be considered for this role.
