Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller / Appointment Setter who is comfortable with repetitive calling work and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This is not a sales role, but requires strong communication skills to connect with potential clients and fix meetings.

Responsibilities

• Call 20–30 potential clients daily
• Work in intervals of 2–3 hours per day
• Explain the basic purpose of the call clearly
• Fix meetings for the core team with interested clients
• Maintain basic call records and follow-ups

Requirements

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Comfortable with repetitive calling work
• Professional and polite phone etiquette
• Consistent and disciplined work approach
