Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update student admission and enquiry records accurately
- Handle daily data entry and backend operations efficiently
- Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Maintain student attendance, fee records, and batch details
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-up coordination professionally
- Process online registrations and update database records regularly
- Organize and maintain documents, certificates, and student files
- Provide daily status reports to the management team
- Identify and correct data errors promptly
- Coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and office records
- Manage event, workshop, and annual function-related data
- Follow office discipline, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities strictly
- Provide basic administrative and office coordination support
- Update job postings and maintain candidate database records regularly
About Company: Dhwani Sangeet Mahavidyalaya is one of the most renowned music & art school in Gurgaon. We started in 1991 & it’s been thirty successful years of imparting quality music education to young & old alike.
Affiliations- We are affiliated with Indian Classical music from Prayag Sangit Samiti, Allahabad. In western music, we are a recognized Exam Center of Trinity College London.
Performances- In order to give stage exposure to our students, we conduct live music performance-jamming sessions every saturday. There are jamming sessions on all festivals & days of national importance. We also conduct an annual day every year. For now, all these are being done virtually to ensure safety during the pandemic.
