Information Technology Internship in Jaipur Full Time NEW

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based servers (2012/2016/2019/2022). 2. Manage Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, IIS, and other Windows server roles.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution. 4. Administer Hyper-V virtualization environments.
• Manage Windows-based hosting services, including solid cp and Plesk control panel.
• Implement and maintain system security including firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery drills.
• Monitor server health and logs using remote monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with technical support and development teams to resolve client issues.
• Document systems, processes, and configurations as per company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Plesk or other control panels (like cPanel for Windows).
• Good understanding of server hardening, firewall configurations, and Windows security best practices.
• Basic knowledge of Hyper-V, remote desktop services, and RAID configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Red Hat or Azure Administrator Associate.
