About the Role

Construct Techniques Ltd and USUKCT Consulting are seeking an ambitious Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of our advisory practice and the companies we represent.

Working directly with senior leadership, you will help build brand visibility, generate business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence across Maharashtra while supporting international initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work on multiple industries and strategic business projects rather than a single company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

• Create professional content, graphics, videos and project updates.

• Generate qualified business enquiries through digital marketing campaigns.

• Support business development activities and local market expansion across Nashik, Pune and surrounding regions.

• Build relationships with business owners, developers, manufacturers and corporate clients.

• Assist in promoting companies where we serve as Strategic Advisors and Business Advisors.

• Identify and develop new opportunities for USUKCT Consulting and Construct Techniques Ltd.

• Coordinate presentations, proposals, brochures and corporate marketing materials.

• Maintain websites and improve online visibility.

• Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, lead generation and sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, business development or sales.

• Strong communication skills in English and Marathi or Hindi.

• Knowledge of Canva, AI marketing tools, video editing or graphic design.

• Self motivated with a professional attitude and willingness to learn.

• B2B marketing experience will be an added advantage.
