Social Media & Content Executive (BFSI) Full Time NEW

Location: Mumbai

This is a remote/work-from-home role. However, candidates must be based in Mumbai for occasional in-person meetings, shoots and team interactions.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to support one of India’s leading BFSI brands across content planning, production, account management, and execution.

Responsibilities:

Content Planning, Production & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars, while supporting the planning and execution of short-form and long-form content shoots.
• Conduct content research, trend tracking, audience analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Help develop content ideas, content concepts, hooks, captions, and platform-specific communication.
• Assist with moodboards, shot lists, production documents, shoot logistics, and content approvals.
• Coordinate with creative teams, creators, photographers, videographers, editors, and production partners to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

Account Management & Operations

• Manage day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and project dependencies.
• Support smooth execution of monthly content plans and campaign deliverables.

Community & Reporting

• Support content publishing, scheduling, and platform management.
• Monitor community interactions when required.
• Track content performance, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing reports, insights, and presentation decks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, account management, or related roles.
• Strong interest in content, social media, and digital storytelling.
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and major content platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with BFSI, fintech, or financial services brands is a plus.
