Role Description
Strategy India is hiring a dynamic Head – Social Media, Digital Commerce & Creator Strategy to build and scale the next‑generation digital growth engine for a leading direct-selling/MLM company based in Delhi. This leader will architect the social, commerce, and creator ecosystem end-to-end – from Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp to app-led journeys and performance funnels – with direct sellers/independent contractors at the core, ensuring they are the primary beneficiaries of this digital‑first growth engine.
The role will drive content and community across wellness, beauty, nutrition, lifestyle and entrepreneurship categories, build high‑impact creator and influencer programs, and enable direct sellers with powerful digital‑first storytelling and social selling playbooks. You will own social commerce, performance marketing across Meta, Google, and other digital channels, and full‑funnel analytics to drive acquisition, repeat purchases, retention, and loyalty within the direct-seller ecosystem.
We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on digital leader with 12–15 years of experience in social media, digital strategy, digital commerce or performance marketing, preferably within FMCG, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, retail, D2C or direct selling environments. If you have built scalable digital systems, creator ecosystems and community-led growth engines, and enjoy turning content into measurable business outcomes, we would like to connect.
