About the Role
We are looking for a highly resourceful, growth-oriented, and AI-first Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist who can leverage modern AI tools to drive business growth, improve marketing efficiency, conduct deep market research, and identify new opportunities.
This is not a traditional digital marketing role. We need someone who thinks like a growth hacker, researcher, strategist, and execution specialist combined.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
* Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
* Improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, and overall marketing efficiency.
* Build and optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys.
* Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights.
AI-Driven Marketing
* Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI tools for:
* Marketing strategy
* Ad copy generation
* Research automation
* Funnel optimization
* Competitor intelligence
* Content ideation
* Productivity enhancement
Research & Development
* Conduct deep market and competitor research.
* Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
* Build systems to gather and organize industry intelligence.
* Discover new acquisition channels and marketing opportunities.
Resource & Network Building
* Find vendors, tools, partnerships, agencies, influencers, and strategic contacts.
* Build databases and outreach systems.
* Identify high-value business opportunities and collaborations.
Growth Operations
* Experiment with new marketing strategies.
* Test new acquisition channels.
* Create AI-assisted workflows to improve team productivity.
* Support business expansion initiatives.
Required Skills
Must Have
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
✅ Excellent command of:
* ChatGPT
* Google Gemini
* Claude AI
* Perplexity AI
* AI automation workflows
✅ Strong research and analytical mindset
✅ Ability to independently solve problems and find resources
✅ Excellent internet research skills
✅ Growth mindset and ownership mentality
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

* Experience with marketing automation tools
* Lead generation experience

Compensation
Salary: Based on skills, experience, and demonstrated AI capabilities.
