About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Junior Outbound Infrastructure & Campaign Executive to support our sales outreach systems and campaign operations. This role is ideal for freshers who have basic technical knowledge and want to build a career in email infrastructure, campaign automation, and sales technology.
You will work closely with senior team members to help set up, manage, and monitor outbound sales campaigns, email systems, and automation tools that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Email & Technical Setup Support
Assist in setting up business email accounts, domains, and outreach mailboxes
Help configure basic DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC under guidance
Monitor email account performance and report technical issues
Support mailbox warm-up and sending account maintenance
Help troubleshoot basic email delivery issues
Campaign Operations
Upload and organize lead lists for campaigns
Support campaign scheduling, personalization, and follow-up setup
Monitor campaign dashboards and maintain sending schedules
Assist in A/B testing subject lines and campaign content
Ensure data accuracy and proper list segmentation
Tool Management
Learn and use CRM, outreach, and automation tools
Update lead records and campaign data
Support integration tasks and workflow maintenance
Assist senior team members with campaign deployment
Reporting & Monitoring
Track campaign performance metrics such as opens, replies, and bounce rates
Maintain daily/weekly reports
Flag unusual technical issues or campaign drops
Support optimization efforts based on team feedback

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation (IT, Computer Science, Marketing Tech, or related fields preferred)
Basic understanding of email systems, domains, or digital tools
Familiarity with spreadsheets and online tools
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn technical sales systems and automation
