🚨 Hiring: Multi-Brand Two-Wheeler Parts Manager

🔹 Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement and fulfillment of multi-brand two-wheeler spare parts, ensuring efficient sourcing, optimal inventory, timely availability, and cost-effective operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard multi-brand spare parts suppliers
• Handle procurement, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and stock planning
• Ensure timely fulfillment for dealer and distributor requirements
• Create and maintain parts database for in-house and aftermarket needs
• Develop part numbers, catalogues, and pricing with costing team
• Monitor demand trends and ensure parts availability
• Optimize sourcing costs and improve procurement efficiency
• Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams
• Ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations

🔹 Requirements

Qualification:

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Experience:

• 7–8 years in Two-Wheeler Parts / Aftermarket / Auto Parts Industry

Functional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of multi-brand two-wheeler spare parts
• Inventory & warehouse management
• Vendor sourcing and negotiation
• Costing and pricing strategies

Behavioral Skills:

• Team player with strong coordination skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Good communication and problem-solving ability

Technical Skills:

• SAP / ERP systems
• MS Excel & reporting tools
