The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Lead and develop the business in Mexico, driving sustainable growth, brand strength, and profitability across all channels (Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce). The role is responsible for defining and executing the country strategy in alignment with global and regional priorities, while adapting to local market dynamics.

The Country Manager acts as the key representative of the brand in the market, ensuring consistency, premium positioning, and long-term value creation.

• Define and execute the country strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives
• Drive commercial performance across all channels, optimizing sales, margins, and profitability
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Supply, Marketing, HR)
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Adapt global policies and procedures to local requirements, ensuring compliance
• Develop and execute client and brand strategies to strengthen market positioning
• Identify growth opportunities and lead market expansion initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and landlords
• Represent the brand externally and act as a brand ambassador in the market
• Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring talent development and retention

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in leading a multi-functional business unit or country operation
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience in retail and/or luxury environments is highly valued
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization
• Fluency in English required
