Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Nashik. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, compliance management, maintaining employee records, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices
• Experience in HR Management and navigating Employee Relations
• Expertise in HR Operations and policy development
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work in a dynamic environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or similar domain is an added advantage
