Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Vijayawada West, Andhra Pradesh. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring frontline and operational talent for Delhivery’s logistics operations in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with local managers to understand hiring needs, conducting field visits, organizing job drives and walk-in interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities—from job posting and initial assessments to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination—while ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor regulations. The Field Recruiter will also maintain recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and contribute to employer branding initiatives within local communities and institutions.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for blue-collar and frontline logistics roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, assessments, offers, and onboarding support.
• Ability to conduct field hiring activities such as job fairs, walk-ins, campus or community drives, and local partner outreach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple open positions and meet hiring targets.
• Comfort using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems or applicant tracking tools for reporting and tracking.
• Knowledge of local labor market dynamics and basic understanding of employment laws and compliance is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (e.g., Telugu) for candidate interaction and documentation.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally within the region for field hiring activities and operational site visits.
