About the Team

The role is a part of the Catalog’s Creative Team. Cataloging is critical in enabling online shopping, where digital versions of the products are created to show the customers what the product looks and feels like. We use the right imagery, text and videos to accurately depict product details and help customers make the right decision. At Myntra studios we use some of the best quality equipment along with advanced Al- led image processing and NLP based tools to deliver high quality content to our customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

A bridging role between production, post-production and AI production teams, the Associate – Creative Direction role focuses on ensuring strong visual output across catalog creatives.

The role works closely with studio teams, editing teams, and AI teams to drive creative direction, maintain quality benchmarks and translate fashion trends into effective visual outputs. It also contributes to building guidelines and improving workflows for both studio and AI-driven production.

Responsibility:

• Developing and refining AI prompts for image generation and enhancement.
• Coordinating with imagery production, post-production and AI teams to ensure best quality output.
• Building and updating creative guidelines for studio and AI production
• Translating fashion trends and category requirements into actionable shoot inputs and visual outputs
• Evaluating visuals for issues related to styling, garment fit, composition, lighting and editing
• Identifying recurring gaps and driving corrective actions through clear feedback and references
• Work in tandem with various teams within the catalog and outside to bring offline experience to the online shopping and improve the customer engagement on the app.
• Working closely with stylists, photographers and editors to align output with defined creative direction
• Supporting cross-functional teams for LVP enhancement through image selection, cropping, framing and consistency

Skills

• Strong understanding of fashion styling, garment fit and trend interpretation
• Ability to evaluate visuals across styling, photography and editing parameters
• Hands-on experience working in fashion shoots or studio environments
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Skilled with Gen AI tools and prompting for image creation/editing
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Ability to translate ideas into clear presentations and guidelines
• Strong team, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing quality and timelines

Qualifications & Experience

• Should be a fashion graduate from Tier 1 institutes or reputed international fashion schools, preferably in Fashion Communication / Styling
• 3–5 years of experience in fashion studios, fashion houses or e-commerce environments
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced production environment
• Portfolio mandatory
