Job Purpose The Team Member – Technical (Supply) is responsible for first-line operational support and implementation of the Supply Planning ESP module of the platform (can be Blue Yonder or any other platform selected for businesses across HIL). The role focuses on system monitoring, execution of standard operating procedures, handling basic user issues, and incident triage as per defined playbooks. The role is focussed on elements of S&OP and S&OE, with a focus on Supply planning.
The role ensures day-to-day operational stability by monitoring jobs, alerts, data flows, and environments supporting supply planning and S&OP cycles, and escalates complex or non-standard issues to L1 owners in line with established governance.

Supply Planning & S&OP Application Support
Provide technical support and maintenance for the Blue Yonder ESP solution supporting supply planning and S&OP
System Monitoring & Health Checks
Monitor system health, data accuracy, ESP jobs, alerts, and planning runs
Batch & Planning Run Execution
Monitor, recover, and rerun standard batch jobs and planning runs as per approved playbooks
Incident Triage & Escalation
Triage incidents using standard runbooks and escalating to L2 owners as required
User Support & Access Management
Handle basic user queries and access requests
SOP & Runbook Execution
Execute defined standard operating procedures and operational runbooks
Legacy Extract & Data Layer Operations
Manage legacy extract layer, data flows, and staging infrastructure
Environment & Infrastructure Operations
Manage environments, databases, and legacy-to-staging infrastructure
Performance & Capacity Monitoring
Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
Change & Release Support
Support environment readiness for patches and upgrades and execute approved infrastructure and database changes in line with change governance
