Executive – Customer Experience Full Time

Role Summary

A Guest Relation Executive deployed at Concierge Desk at the Park will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests/customers at all the time by being interactive, resolving concerns, manging and maintaining service standards in The park & its offerings as Kids Play Area, Picnic Area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Handling & Experience

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Understand guest needs & ensure smooth journey at The Park while customers would be availing the services – Kids Play Area, Picnic Area & events.
• Maintain a positive first impression at all times

2. Customer Service

• Manage and maintain the records of Customer using offering in The Park in terms of games in Picnic Area & Kids Play Area.
• Address guest queries, complaints, guide customers about Park Services + play area and special requests promptly
• Ensure quick resolution and follow-up on issues
• Be updated with upcoming events in The Park, having details of F&B Party Menu details as to facilitate Birthday, Kitty, Corporate parties in The Park area.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Housekeeping, Engg, F&B Retailers, etc.) as to maintain The Park at high standards.

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain guest history and preferences
• Ensure high guest satisfaction scores and feedback

5. Communication, Feedback & Improvement

• Communicate effectively across departments between guests and internal teams
• Collect guest feedback through surveys/reviews
• Report recurring issues to management
• Suggest improvements in service quality

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Professional appearance and etiquette
• Strong problem-solving ability with Customer-first attitude
• Ability to handle pressure, difficult situations & do multitasking

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any field (Hospitality Management preferred)

Experience

• 0–4 years (Entry-level roles available)
• Experience in hospitality, airlines, retail, or customer service is preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
