Job Title: Destination Expert – Navigate Away

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Destination Expert to join Navigate Away. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for curating travel experiences, providing in-depth

destination insights, and assisting customers in planning memorable trips—while also

actively engaging in sales conversations to convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed travel guides and destination content (attractions, culture, food, local tips)
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on customer preferences
• Proactively connect with leads via calls to understand requirements and close sales
• Handle inbound and outbound calling to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Build rapport with customers and guide them through the decision-making process
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design travel packages
• Assist customers via chat, email, and calls with itinerary planning and queries
• Build relationships with local partners, tour operators, and service providers
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and engaging content for all destinations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for travel and a strong interest in exploring destinations
• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling customer calls and interacting with clients
• Ability to research and present information clearly and creatively
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest or exposure to travel sales or customer interaction roles
• Experience with travel blogging or digital content platforms

Work Environment:

• Work from Office (WFO) – 6 days a week
• 2 Work From Home (WFH) days allowed per month

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on skills and potential) + attractive sales incentives
• Performance-based bonuses
