Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient inventory management, and support smooth supply chain operations in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock audits
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams for timely stock movement
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and SOPs
• Monitor warehouse staff performance and provide guidance/training
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
• Handle returns, damages, and discrepancies effectively
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, and operations

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, basic reporting)
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
