Open Roles:

Service Desk

Location: Pune & Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shifts: 24×7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)

Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)

Required Skills:

• Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Application Support, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.
• Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
• Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).
• Ability to handle 24×7 rotational shifts
