The VP EHRBP India Org is the HR leader responsible for driving the people strategy, culture, and compliance for the India operations for Nielsen India. This role partners closely with the Global HR teams to ensure organizational capability, talent strength, and operational excellence across all BU and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute the Country HR strategy aligned with business goals and Global Intentional People strategy
Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building
Lead culture-building initiatives to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and performance
Performance Management & Capability Development
Drive the performance management cycle, goal setting, and calibration as per Global timelines
Partnering with the TCLE team to oversee leadership development, training, and talent retention frameworks.
Continue to deploy the Nielsen Way culture program to continue to make Nielsen India the Great Place to Work
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle complex employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Design and Deploy engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and communication plans
Change Management & Transformation
Drive PSO Services and various Global HR initiatives, process improvements, and automation initiatives to drive employee experience in the centre of everything we do.
Lead organizational change projects such as restructuring, global integration and M&A activities as applicable
Act as a Strategic advisor to BU/ function L1/L2 leadership teams.
Stakeholder & Global Collaboration
Collaborate with global HR and CoE teams on policies and talent management programs
