Communication and Marketing Manager Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Communication and Marketing Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Communication and Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Aura’s programs, events, and parenting initiatives across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include planning and running campaigns, managing social media, creating and supervising content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to promote new offerings, managing partnerships and community outreach, and supporting the planning and communication of events. The manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and continuously refine strategies to increase engagement, enrollment, and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, including social media, digital marketing, and brand building.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and content creation skills for multiple platforms (web, social, print, and promotional materials).
• Skills in stakeholder management, community outreach, and partnership development, ideally within education, childcare, or related sectors.
• Ability to plan and support events, including promotional planning, on-ground communication, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Proficiency with basic marketing analytics tools to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in early childhood development and modern parenting trends; prior experience in education or children-focused brands is an advantage.
