KRA1 Direct Taxation 1. Monthly TDS and TCS payment and Accounting.

• Prepare TDS and TCS Quarterly returns.
• Preparation of Tax Audit Reports of Birla White Kharia , Katni and TPP.
• Working for Provision For Taxation.
• Working for Advance Income Tax.
• Preparation of R&D Financial for Taking Income Tax Benefits 32AC as per DSIR Guidelines.
• Preparation of Income Tax Assessment Details as per CFD Guidelines.
• Filling of ITR-6 and 3CD for 100% Subsidiary company of UTCL Namely GKUPL.
• Filling of ITR-7 of Birla White Janseva Trust.
• Reply of Notices and Letters of Income Tax
• Preparation of Income Tax Details as Desired by Assessment Officer.
• Filling of ITR-6 and 3CD for Subsidiary company of UTCL GKUPL.
• Sending of Quarterly TDS Certificates to the Parties.
• Sending Salary Certificates to the Employees.

KRA2 Accounts 1. Routine Accountings entries of Subsidiary Company GKUPL.

• Prepare Financials Statements of Subsidiary Company of UTCL GKUPL.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation of GKUPL.
• TDS Payment and Prepare TDS Return

KRA3 E Payment of Manufacturing Preparation of E Payment of All the Manufacturing Activities.

KRA4 Indirect Taxation 1. Preparation of VAT Return of GKUPL.

• Preparation and Filling of Service Tax Return of GKUPL.
• Preparation of WCT Return of GKUPL

KRA5 Safety Observation 1. Carrying S.O.Round Every Month for as Directed by HOD (F&C).

• Identifies Unsafe Area/points During S.O.
• Compliance of Safety Standards.
• Reports Accidents Near miss time to time as and when observed.

KRA6 Implementation of W.C.M. Activities & Fulfill Safety Rules (1)To Increase Creativity Index & Improve the Condition of Records by maintaining 5 “S” Parameters & Proper nomenclature of Soft files in appropriate folders in system and arrangement of hard files.

• Follows all safety principal & rules.

Do SO round & participation in all in Safety/WCM meetings/program.

KRA7 Implementation of W.C.M. Activities & Fulfill Safety Rules (1)To Increase Creativity Index & Improve the Condition of Records by maintaining 5 “S” Parameters & Proper nomenclature of Soft files in appropriate folders in system and arrangement of hard files.
