Manager Brand and Marketing Full Time NEW

Location: Sector 153, Noida (Work from Office)

Compensation: ₹7.5 – ₹8.5 LPA

We’re building a premium lifestyle audio brand, and we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our brand and marketing from the ground up.

This is not a typical “social media job.”

We’re looking for someone who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and execution — and can translate that into a strong, consistent brand presence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing our social media presence end-to-end
• Coordinating with designers, photographers, and external agencies
• Planning and executing content across platforms
• Identifying and managing influencer collaborations
• Supporting Amazon listings and overall digital presence
• Taking ownership of marketing initiatives and driving them independently

Who we’re looking for:

• A self-starter who doesn’t wait for instructions
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium branding
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and influencers
• Able to identify gaps and take initiative
• Someone who genuinely wants to build a brand from scratch
