About Team:
We are excited to offer a 1-year remote paid Technology services and solutions Apprenticeship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience within our Global Technology transformation office. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to support various technology transformation initiatives and contribute to the advancement of technology and medical knowledge. These projects will often expose you to some of the most exciting emerging technologies and trends including end-user and cloud computing, AI and machine learning, cyber security, technical project management, and agile software development (just to name a few). Our apprenticeship also includes career development opportunities, team building challenges, exposure to real-world technology applications, and executive mentorship.
Apprenticeship Summary:
The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Degree focused on Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with Software/IT experience
Good communication skills
Up to date with current industry standards, trending software, and information technology development tools
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Azure, M 365, Co-pilot)
Ability to learn quickly and successfully navigate in a fast-paced environment
Proactively learns new tools and identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption
Contributes to creative solutions and challenges the status quo
Strong customer focus, ability to understand the value proposition for the customer, and commitment to deliver the best value proposition
Able to engage positively across multiple departments to establish clarity, vision, and mutual trust to achieve business goals
