CA0331 – Performance Marketing Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and marketing ROI through paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital channels.
• Drive qualified lead generation through Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting to improve lead quality and ROI.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and related tools.
• Partner with Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to reduce CPL and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
• Build performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
