Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphics & Video Designer who understands social media, music culture, and content that grabs attention.
You will work closely with our marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives, social media content, podcast edits, and promotional assets for the company and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for Meta Ads, Instagram, and promotional campaigns
- Edit podcast videos and create short-form reels for social media
- Create ad creatives focused on engagement and conversions
- Design graphics for Rest In Beats’ services, marketing campaigns, and sales materials
- Develop social media posts, stories, carousels, and video content
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and optimization
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media content trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Passion for music, content, and digital marketing
Bonus Skills: After Effects, Illustrator, Motion Graphics, AI Tools
